Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Eligibility Window:
Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Refund or Exchange:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or custom pieces.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

• Please include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason.

Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for exchange or return shipping costs which is 85 egp unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed to you through INSTAPAY or VF cash within 3-5 business days.
